Focussing on secondary schools the NEZ offers various educational programms from 5th to 13th grade in coherence with the Bavarian syllabus.

All programms are based on education for sustainable development (ESD). Center of each programm is the connection to participants lifes and regional importance in the Biosphere Reserve.

In the Bad Kissingen district the NEZ Team will come to your educational institution for the three hour long educational programm. All programms are free of charge. Topics range from environmental excursions to a nearby river, meadow or woodland to digital programms staging a climate conference. Programs are held in German but can be adapted to English.

The NEZ has designed a mobile exhibition that can be lent by educational institutions for free. All text is solely in German. For more Information on the exhibition "#NoFilter-Die Welt ist besser als wir glauben", please check the German website.

Some educational material such as binocular microscopes or the escape game "Escape - The Climate Challenge" can also be borrowed. Please contact us directly or visit our offices.

Digital education programms e.g. digital rallyes coded in Actionbound, a educational app,  are also offered and are currently beeing translated to English. Further information will be available here soon.
